This home is located on a cul de sac in an established and friendly neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Arkansas River. One block away is a wooded nature trail along Cottonwood Creek, with a rope swing where the neighborhood kids love to play. There’s also a small children’s park at the end of the street. The middle/high school is only two blocks away, and the elementary school, one mile away. Downtown coffee shops are a pleasant ten minute walk along the nature trail, which connects to a town bicycle path. Sleeping Indian is the view to the east, where the popular Midland Trail mountain biking system is located. The Collegiate Peaks are the mountains to the west, for hiking, canoeing, and rock-climbing.
