Many of the interior and exterior cracks that had been cosmetically repaired have also opened up indicating some movement of structural members within the home. The 2nd bath that was on the main floor was torn out and that area has been left open. The stone wall is an eyesore but may not be a structural issue. There is a secondary foundation wall that was poured outside of the stone wall that has not shown any obvious signs of cracking or movement. It has not been professionally evaluated. The original floor joists were placed on the stone foundation directly over what appears to have been a dirt floor.
